When using the j Myers memorial addon as Myers when coming out of tier 3 part of the stalk meter is already filled.

Were you also using any of the tier 3 duration addons? This will cause the stalk meter to be partially filled when exiting tier 3 since the penalties on the duration addons only apply to the first tier 3.

If you're using hairbow or hair brush with it then that's normal.

I've used the tombstone peace addon.

Yeah then that’s why it happened and it’s normal. Because Tombstone Piece increases the amount of stalk you need for the first tier 3.
