Steps to reproduce

Step 1 : Have a 4k monitor and resolution (unknown if bug occurs at other resolutions/sizes)

Step 2 : Go to Xenomorph (Alien) killer loadout

Step 3 : Attempt to read ability tooltip

Step 4 : Notice tooltip is too large and cuts off words at top of screen.
