Alien Queen too big for the main boat on the Swamp

Swamp map with the generator on the front of the boat and the basement in the boat as well. The Queen and I were both standing in the bottom (To the side of the basement.) While we were both standing there, the Queen's lower half went invisible for a couple of frames while she was still.
Maybe she's too big for that spot?
