Extreme instability

Since the update, I've had severe stability issues in the game. I'll enter a match and everything will be fine for the first few minutes, then everything stutters, frames drop, my sound for everything on my PC cuts out and it will continue this way until I close out the game. Once the game is closed, sound returns and my system is stable once again.

Not sure what might be causing this, but it only started happening after I updated the game.
