paid survivors and killers getting locked

I am on steam, the same account by the way, and my paid survivors and killers aren't there. I don't know how to fix this since I don't remember the killers i had but i know I had most (probably three-five i didn't) and the same with survivors. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else but please fix this.
