Why does xeno get to travel around the map instantly when the trial starts but killers like sadako and dredge have to wait like 10-15 seconds before they can use their power.

Why does xeno get to have full unrestricted access to both m1 and tail whip when executioner has a restrictive animation from exiting his trail digging before m1-ing.
