Why some stealth perk are so scuffed???

Even new perks from Ripley do not work well alone or at all.

Light - Footed: again, why only healthy. This perk is already niche.

Lucky Star: No Grunts - cool, No Blood Pools - cool, but Leave scratch marks? Why... Do you expect people walking around injured. Then duration is terrible.

Lucky Break: again, 2 of 3 detection means less. But having even one flaws it.

These perks do not work alone. You have to combo them. And they do not save you from aura reading, which is popular.
