This challenge is bugged, I've tried it with different killers, I've tried rebooting my game and verifying the integrity of the game files (I'm on Steam) and no matter what I do I get nothing toward this challenge even after I've gotten over half the hooks in one game.
I have a feeling tome challenges, especially old ones, aren't high priority but it's frustrating to not be able to be done with a tome cause of one bugged challenge.
