White glyphs becoming a secondary item was poorly thought out

Against Sadako, you can't pick up a tape once you finish the challenge. Usually, this will snowball into you dying, and your team losing. I assume vs other killers with special items you can't interact with them either. I doubt this is a bug since you normally can't drop the glyph. This will ruin countless games since its not very intuitive.

    Yeah I pretty much gave up a medkit because i couldn't even heal myself while doing the challenge

    I think you can put the mirror down, can't you? I seem to remember putting it down to use a medkit then picking it back up.

    I don't swear by it though.

    Once you've 'activated' the mirror in the basement, you can drop it and it won't despawn.

    You can put it down but also you shouldn't be doing the challenge until near the end of the game otherwise you're just screwing you and your team over not to mention you should really only try to complete it when you know you'll escape so you can get the extra 25k for it.
