Either by removing the “damage the generator action “ part and increasing the 30 seconds to 60 seconds (. a minute basically ) and it would then be a very good perk.
OR
it can be kept the same as it is but make it so that damaging a generator is no longer necessary meaning any gen that gets done will automatically make this perk work.
i hope i got my point across.

And then reward the killer for his failure? And then use it with Noed?

If they made it so that it was the last 1/2/3 gens you damaged it could be better. But again, it is quite a strong bonus, getting it too often could be dangerous.
