Bugged interaction with Artist’s crows

Description: The interaction “Repel Crows” takes priority over “Drop Pallet”. This makes it impossible for survivors to use pallets in a chase if they’ve been birded.
Reproduce: Unsure since this is the only Artist I’ve seen since the patch. The issue occurred on an Ormond map.
Frequency: I’ve only seen this once.
