Keep on getting kicked out by anti-cheat

Hello there!
In lack of proper internet im playing using my mobile hotspot (wifi hotspot trough my phone). It works fine in most cases except some minor lag during rush hours.
What i have noticed since the last patch tho is that i keep on getting kicked out of my games because of "failiure to validate your account with anti-cheat etc.." and this occurs at the same time i get a snap or other message on my phone.
Am i doomed to get kicked out (AND 10min - 1h LOCK?!) because i cant have proper internet?
