PC - Quality Issues spectating Killer in custom matches

- Create a custom match and change to Spectator
- Once loaded into the match, spectate the killer player
- When the killer player moves their camera, even the smallest amount, the movement is jittery and mimics very low fps.
It is not contained to specific killers, players or maps, it is simply when spectating the killer.
This issue started with the most recent update/Xenomorph release, and I can see it was reported yet declined previously and marked as a technical issue, it is within the game, not related to hardware, software or individual users, I have had multiple people test this in custom matches to rule it out.
This is detrimental for content creators wanting to showcase gameplay in custom matches as well as volunteer ran organisations trying to hold tournaments like in the clip below.
