That would make a great addon, if it was 5%. 15% is just too much.

Huntress. New speedies killer and best adept for pwyf. You have 5s of more then 140% speed not even using any ability! That's more then sprint burst btw.
(But those 5% could work as an addon)

there is add-on like that. it is called shiny pin. it gives 5% movement speed when holding a hatchet.
you have a cooldown to cancel hatchets. raw 5% is add-on... it is soldier putee. the weird iri add-on nobody uses.

IK her addons. And actually that iri is used by some huntresses. But it's true you will "never" see it used without iri head :)

the add-on is terrible regardless of what you use it with. huntress is all about m2. even with iri head, it is not a good add-on because i rather have 1 hatchet with instant down then be m1.

It's bad (no argument there), but it's not terrible.
When you use iri head, you basically won't be using any other addon very reasonably (maybe rose root, babushka, wooden fox or deerskin gloves), but soldier's are actually also good choice for it, because you don't have to immediately just abandon the chase when you miss - especially if you find injured survivor - because survivors tend to not heal against iri head so you can get value/down thanks to the addon.
