The drawback simply is way too big for what you are getting. Don't forget, you are not getting full 10 seconds of Haste for this as well since you have to count the attack cooldown.

I tested it with STBFL which is the only way IMO to make this somewhat usable but it's still not worth it.

Bloodlust is there to help you get the hit / down, this perk rewards you AFTER you allready done it. It doesn't help you getting the hit in this regard. The speed boost is so tiny because it lasts so short and 5% rly isn't something to writte poem about.

It's a trap perk. You think it might be good on a paper but in real game (worse even if you get bad map for M1 Killers with 15+ safe pallets and connected loops), it's awfull.

    Try RB with Singularity, Dredge or SM. Singularity with Family Photo has insane catch up potential. The +5% haste applies to Dredge while he is charging his Remnant. And SM is just good at stacking movement speed.

    I agree that some killers would prefer Bloodlust over +5% haste, but it can be really good on some killers.

    I tried it with SM and it did nothing and I got Garden Of Pain so left and right safe pallets and windows.

    Try this perk with Wraith, Sadako, Artist or Doctor, Clown. Those killers likely never get bloodlust since they use their power during chases (also Sadako and Wraith powers breakes the chase entirely).

    The perk is trully bad on some killers - anything that hits mainly with M2 or can get bloodlust should never use the perk. That said - it's probably not absolutely useless on some killers - like say Pinhead

    I’ve been using it with a chase build on xeno and it’s pretty oppressive. This plus 8 stacks of STBFL is nutty, and I use the tail to never lose stacks injuring the obsession. Survivors make little to no distance.

    Also this perks goes HARDDD on clown with STBFL.

    It's kinda nutty on Clown when combined with STBFL. You basically have 3 extra STBFL stacks at all times, and since bottles reset Bloodlust, you never can get hit by the drawback. It similarly works on other killers that M1 but they can't have bad cases where they need Bloodlust.

    Doctor is one of the victims who it may sound good on paper, but some loops are simply not hittable with power on. On bad loops or in certain scenarios against MfT, there is no way to get a hit without Bloodlust as Doc. I'd argue Dredge also it wouldn't be good on, because Dredge builds Bloodlust as long as you don't TP to your remnant. You should only TP when the remnant would get you a hit, so it probably hurts to bring Rapid Brutality in those bad Bloodlust required scenarios.
