Is Xeno worth getting for a console player?

I'm a nemisis main on console and love him he is fun to play and I love his tenticle. I've hear Xenois like the perfected nemisis but with an amazing teleporting power. However I know I'm on console so I am curious to know if this changes any thing. I'm also pretty good with nemisis's tenticle. Any advice would be appreciated.
