Reporting for teaming does anything actually happen?

just had a match where Elodie was using bond to actively hunt down Meg for Wesker, Wesker let her go as a result but like I get killer can chase who they want and choose to not chase Elodie (despite her being slugged twice) but she was using her aura reading to help him get the kill. its infuriating to say the least. I did submit an in game report as well as one on the site but idk if it even does something.

    no when i team its with either the whole team or when im gonna mori or i down the same person twice even the 2 of those is a temporary
