STILL cannot start a chase from time to time even when the survivor is in front of me

Follow up from my previous post saying I cannot start a chase unless I M1 survivor at the healthy state, it's still ######### THERE!!!!
Fix it ffs!!!!!!!

Are they walking? They have to be running to start a chase

They already said in my previous report it's being reviewed, but the fact it's still there is annoying, doesn't happen all the time but when it does it sucks.
