Fast vault have real serious bug right now

As you see, fast vault and medium vault does not show any difference than before.
I know fast vault get patched back because the fast vault goes further than before but still,
fast vault should have some distance than medium vault, and it was able to do before Nicolas Cage patch(normal distance with fast vault).
Please look after it, and let me know if it is a bug or not.
