Im getting a little sick and tired of being accused of Lag Switching, using an Aim Bot, Hacking, or cheating in general because Survivors don’t pay attention.

So please, before you go off accusing Killers of cheating, CHECK TO MAKE SURE everything is working fine! Watch the Pings! Thanks in advance.

Yeah it's always funny seeing survivors blaming killers for lag 100% of the time. Killer can have great internet but because you live so far away or because of issues on your own end you can cause yourself lag.

This would happen a lot to me whens in the low ranks while playing killer. Some survivors either don't know how to check the ping else are too stubborn to leave.

Because of it being an ongoing issue to me back then I had suggested something along the lines of below. It went unnoticed sadly so I guess there are flaws in it. If anything I'd think it'd be a good feature to have especially for those killers who get a lot of foreign players joining their lobbies with high pings and not leaving.

Add the ability to kick a player due to excessively high ping

° This will assist in killers having to dodge a lobby of 3 green pings and say 1 player with 1k ping. Developers can decide the underlining limit in which a killer is able to kick.

° Kicking a player under the limit will not be possible so it cannot be abused.

° As a new player joins the lobby there will be a 10 second grace period for all players ping to stabilize in which after that time the killer may kick.

° If an individual from a SWF group exceeds the ping limit. Upon kicking; the SWF group will also be kicked. Else provide a prompt to them that a player exceeds the limit and if they want to leave as well.

I would absolutely love this feature. It’s not enjoyable for anyone if there is high ping. I understand that foreign players have a hard time getting matches, and I’m willing to play with them. However it’s just the accusations of cheating that grind my nerves.

I already bite the bullet and don’t dodge SWF groups with multiple flashlights and toolboxes. They want games too. I just hate being accused of cheating when I’m not. It really upsets me. :(

Or they just do dedicated servers lol . But yea the idea of kicking is not bad but they could also do some setting (that u can turn off) where u get as a killer only survivors with yellow ping or below.

Just play with good ping. Making your match chopy like that ain't no fun for no one even for your self.

They said dedicated servers would take too long to implement to the game. If they did implement dedicated servers, they said they could have had 1 to 2 chapters already out.

Ok didnt know that. But imo that doesnt change the fact that the game would be alot better. And other then that they could get a other team working for that and the rest for the chapters but i would also dont mind if they dont bring some chapters out but for that they fix the laggs. I mean rather having a good game then just new killers and survivors or? At the end they have to do it sooner or later otherwise people will complain about it... I mean look at the current tournament. The host is the killer meaning if you have bad luck he might have bad connection at that time and that could destroy that round for the team... Dedicated servers would be a good start to the esport topic.
