Step 1 : Launch a public match as a Killer
Step 2 : In-game, hook survivors in the basement.
Step 3 : In-game : didn't count for the challenge
Step 4 : Post-game, challenge didn't progress.
I tried this challenge with the Mastermind and the Wraith with different perk.
I add to this report the 2 logs of the match.
