Will there ever be another fun killer?

It has been a long time since a fun killer was put in the game. Now adays its nothing but stalling killers, or killers with powers that keep you from doing the 1 thing you can do and that's looping. Who was the last killer that wasn't miserable to go up against? Maybe Nemesis or dredge? They don't make killers that are fun for both sides anymore which is why survivor stays at the 100% BP bonus 80% of the time. If you are a solo the game is boring as ######### now.

A good description of what you term as a "fun killer" would be useful here. Nemesis and Dredge both have anti-looping capabilities too (Dredge leaves his shadow in places, forcing survivors to break loops or be pincered, and Nemesis just whips over obstacles), so what makes them more fun to you? Mechanics? Extra zombies? Design?

Wheskers speed takes advantage of DBDs terrible servers and half the time you drop a pallet on him he grabs you from the other side and teleports you to him. thats not fun. xenomorph is incredibly not fun because he can hit you in loops taller than him and makes windows almost unusable. not to mention the horrid window vault nerf, and when you do make him miss his tail strike he recovers almost instantly. singularity is more annoying than unfun because any loop you do he just shuts down by following you. any killer that impedes your movement like pinhead or clown is dumb af. Nemisis has a tentacle strike but its not an instant injure so you can play around it easier. plus he cant teleport all over the map

Fun is a very subjective word. I suspect your definition of fun isn’t shared by a lot of people

The most hated killers in the game aren't that strong tho. Survivors want to play against killers that don't nullify their skill in chase. There are some strong killers in this list like nurse and artist but most of them are weak or mid

Most of the 'unfun' killers that I see complained about are the higher-tier killers though.

Nurse, Blight, Wesker, Artist, Hag, Twins, Skull Merchant (if she 3-gens).

Clown and Knight are the only lower-tier killers I see much dislike for, and that's because they still have anti-loop, even if it's not that great. Legion too I guess, but that's due to all the mending.

Pretty much all of the higher-tier killers can't just be looped traditionally, that's why they're high tier mostly.

There is a large differences between being forced to play tiles in a different way and not being able to play them at all. If you removed the outright unfair blight addons, he would be one of the most interactive and fun killers to play again. And i outright don't understand the wesker hate on here. My personal list would look like this.

    1. Knight (Skull merch if le epic 40+ minute match)
    2. Artist
    3. Trickster
    4. Hag
    5. Trapper

These killer ether outright deny your ability to play tiles or are trap killers and just don't chase

Honestly, from the survivor side, many killers feel kind of similar or are pretty boring to go against. Singularity plays like Hag, but with an honest job. The Knight is just run away or being guaranteed to get hit. Skull Merchant is self-explanatory. Xeno feels like Nemesis, just better overall and with tunnels. The turrets could be fun, but they end up being more of a nuisance overall. Not to mention how cumbersome and annoying they can be to set up.

The last four killers we received all have consistent ways to either protect or travel between gens. I don't know why this seems to be a feature of the most recent killers when we are moving away from the three gen meta. I'd rather have killers with more potent rushdown than strong defensive capabilities.

Xeno will be a fun killer to face, once BHVR has ironed out some of the more overtuned parts of it's kit. It's really only the tail that needs tweaking.

I'd love to see more killers like Plague, Blight, Oni, Nurse, Spirit, Pinhead (but less annoying) and Dredge. They all feel very distinct from each other as far as gameplay is conerned and it makes them more interesting to go against.
