Silent Leatherface/No Chase Music

Description: Leatherface could not make chase with any survivors. No music at all. It also appeared that maybe they couldn't hear the chase music or the Terror Radius, but I can't confirm.
It was on Chapel and it was my first time experiencing the issue, so I'm not sure if it can be reproduced. I don't recall this issue happening on any other maps and I play a lot of Leatherface.
Steps to reproduce: None.
