Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.
Repressed Alliance, Thrilling Tremors, and other Gen block perks still allow explosions.

As said in the title, Gen Block perks no longer prevent explosions caused by perks like Jolt/Surge, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, or the myriad of other explosion perks. It now seems to ONLY prevent the gen regression, but Repressed Alliance for certain would block Pain res and send it to the next gen with the most progress. I'd like this to be cleared up as intended or a bug, because it truly underwhelms a lot of its original utility.
