Survivor Matchmaking Bugged

I have been unable to join a survivor game all day after hours of leaving ‘looking for match’ searching in the background. I have restarted my Xbox multiple times as well as do a complete power down reset. This hasn’t worked.
I AM able to join killer matches, it takes about 2 minutes to find a match, so it is only bugged on my survivor side.
