Hope Or Adrenaline?

Formerly an obvious decision, shifting metas have made it a real contest. Do you use either one? And if so, do you ever use MFT along with them?

I'm an adrenaline user because I feel adrenaline gets more consistent value, since hope is only useful in a chase and the adrenaline heal gives safety+speed gets to gates faster. I dont use MFT, I'm an SB user. Without MFT I feel hope is the lesser of the two, but with it the safety is very powerful and can even compete with adrenaline. However since I am not a MFT user, adrenaline is the better option for me in my opinion.
