New Patch FPS Drop

I’m playing on Steam, after the latest patch my game is dropping half the frames. I was running at 60 FPS consistently before today’s patch. now running at 30-40 FPS. :( I know it isn’t a technical issue because it played perfectly before.

    I have a similar issue although I am on PC and I had 0 problems before the patch today (I played today before it went live).

    This problem only occurs when I pick up or hook someone and not even always then. No drops on survivor or during chases.

    CPU: Ryzen5 5600X

    GPU: Radeon RX 6700 XT

    Graphics: Ultra, 120fps, anti aliasing on
