5th boon perk.
There hasn't been any new boon perks recently so I thought of a pretty simple one that could be added to being boons back into the discussion. I thought of calling it dark secret but any other name would do.
The idea behind the boon is to reveal the aura of the killer when in the boons radius and to slow the killer down with hindered by 2% that's all it does

I think that'd be fine if the boon was highlighted when the Killer is affected by it. Sometimes the boons don't make the proper glowy visual or sound effect.

The idea isn't so terrible but constant aura vision in the boon is too much. It makes mindgaming completely impossible and the 2% speed penalty will amplify that further. So the killer is forced to snuff the boon every time. The problem here is that the boon can be reset an infinite number of times (let's be honest, nobody runs Shattered Hope) and the killer won't always know where it is.
Also: second floor boons. 💀

Yeah and paired with Dark Theory would be even worse. Imagine like 3 of these planted all over a two story map and MFT top of it...oh my.

Nobody would run two Perks like this. We have other options which grant movement speed for some investment (Blood Pact for example), which are better but also not used.
However, the muiltifloor-thing still applies and showing the Aura of the Killer when they cannot snuff out the Boon quickly is probably too much. In general, just shows again that the fact that Boons work on multiple floors really is wrong because the whole concept of Boons is that the Killer can snuff them out quickly and dont need to traverse a lot to find stairs to snuff the Boon out on a different Floor (and I think removing the muilti-floor aspect would have been enough to nerf CoH compared to the state it is now...).
@Topic:
Boons are a failed concept. We can see this with the existing Boons. A Boon has to be really strong in order to justify the time investment, current Boons are just too weak. The only Boon which was really used was CoH (with Shadow Step being used sometimes) and even this is now nerfed into uselessness. I would rather not have any more Boon-Perks because they cannot really be good and healthy at the same time.

Boons are garbage and failed concept.
They will be so strong like CoH or completely useless.
I hope they never make any boon perk again. I don't want another garbage perk nobody will use.

I think the speed reduction is unnecessary, killer aura alone is already valuable, just like Wiretap.

I like your idea (although the aura effect on its own is strong enough), but Boons died with Circle. All the other ones are too situational/not consistently impactful enough to warrant using perk slots and spending the time blessing a totem on; they had only ever been worthwhile alongside Circle, in a manner of "If I'm gonna be blessing a totem anyway, might as well bring this or that too".
An easy way to bring Boons back into the discussion is to make Circle enable self-healing again, albeit at 32 seconds a piece. Doesn't affect med-kit heals. Altruistic heals sped up by 50%. I think that would be a perfect place for the perk, it would if anything benefit overall gameplay. Shadow Step is in a fairly good place as is, Dark Theory should be 3% and linger for a longer duration, and Exponential could additionally make it so that if the Boon is snuffed, any survivor in the dying state within its range recovers automatically (Haunted Ground/Retribution-esque Boon effects like this could be cool in general).
A different way to bring Boons back to the playing field that is also interesting would be to buff them substantially, but make Shattered Hope basekit. That way Boons would be similarly "high risk; high reward" as Hexes.

laughs at wiretap perk.

I just want a Blast Mine Boon (that needs half a gen to prep, just like Blast Mine).

Boons are not a failed concept, far from. But they need more intelligent tuning.
There's so many stats that go into a boon, but for some reason, the only one that gets adjusted when there's a need for balance changes is the end effect. Imagine the following as buffs for Dark Theory:
Boon Time: 14s -> 7s
Boon Radius: 24m -> 36m
Now that 2% haste is much more applicable.
For Exponential, for example:
Boon Radius: 24m -> 36m
Makes it much more likely to actually be of value.
Conversely, for Circle of Healing:
Boon Radius: 24m -> 12m
Heal bonus: 100% to altruistic healing without medkit -> 50% to altruistic healing without medkit
Permits self-healing without a medkit, at 50% regular speed.
Now it's way less time effective and easier for the killer to find, while still being usable in solo.
And if you equip multiple boons, just have it set all of your boon perks to the worst stats among those equipped.
There's way more leeway in what the devs can do with boons than keeping them to a fixed radius and fixed set-up time. You can even add cooldowns that are incurred by the boon being snuffed out, or even drawbacks while the boon is snuffed out.
