Ghostface lowers hand when stalking player

Thanks for fixing the lean bug. Here's another issue where ghostface lowers his hand constantly when stalking a player. I think this is due to him transitioning into the unused animation, but now its cumbersome to look at especially in first person POV. It was better before where there was no animation change.
