Onryo - Onryo's attack can make tape to disappear
There were many things that occured at once so I'm not exactly sure what happend.
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor with Adrenaline against Onryo.
Step 3 : In-game, as a survivor, take tape while being almost fully Condemned and look for TV to insert it.
Step 4: Survivor - attempt to insert tape. Onryo - attack survivor.
Step 5: Survivor - attempt to inster tape again. Onryo - attack surivior.
AT THIS POINT LAST GEN WAS FINISHED SO ADRENALINE PUT ME ON MY FEET.
Step 6 : Notice that survivor no longer has tape and Onryo is able to make mori.

This is not a bug. Onryo was changed recently and her power works differently now. Whenever a survivor carries a tape and is hit by onryo the tape disappears and adds a certain amount (idk how many) of condemned to you. Id recomment to read the patch notes from when she was changed (sadly can't tell u which patch it was but one of the recent ones)

But after first hit the tape didn't disappear.
