Quick question about the new borgo
Does it still have those god awful scorched parts on that map that look like scratch marks?

Yes, same map but smaller.
Too much red and too much ""burning wood that looks like scratch marks"".
At least would be fine if it was NOT red at all.

Nothing about the map changed aesthetically. So yes. That includes the strong buildings like main, mini-shack, and the burnt down house.
It’s just smaller now.

So what you're telling me is that we have to wait for a 2nd rework/realm reborn update for borg that will most likely never happen for them to get rid of the red and scorched places

They also added new objects for break LoS.
I don't know how to feel about this map.

I ran 3 games on the the new Borgo and to be honest is even worse than before
Yes it is smaller but there are WAY TO MANY safe pallets, vault, high wall, there are at least two building similar to the shack ( 2 entrance, a vault on the side and a pallet in the middle ) so yeah, still an awful map

Well, we could say it's getting more balanced if ranged killers will hate it as much as slow killer already do. :P

I'm about to cry 😖😭

Another map rework in which they completely ignore the map's main issues (for once it wasn't just the size) and somehow make it worse.
Good job, BHVR. It's not like you had tons of feedback telling you that this map is a serious eyesore and that there were too many pallets everywhere, so I guess it's ok. Oh, wait. You did.
Seriously, there is no excuse for that.

Legit I could care less about the size of the map it was an eyesore and has me confused by the f in scorched parts of the map and I refuse to learn those scorched parts for a map I barely see in matchmaking
Which i hate how I'm probably going to see it more with this update

Do you think they just create problems for themselves so that they can fix them at a later date? Sometimes it seems that way.

This. Of all the issues that map has, this is easily the worst. Headache-inducing aesthetic and color scheme, scratch marks blend into so much of the surroundings that this coupled with the bug where scratch marks just randomly and intermittently stop (without running Lightweight) makes tracking ridiculous.
All other issues aside, I hate having the pain of just looking at this map, as both killer and survivor. Throw in the stupidly loud chase music and elongated/piercing screams when someone is hooked, and I can't leave the map fast enough. I didn't think a map would be introduced into the game that was as much of a trigger as RPD, but damned if they didn't top themselves.
