Buried Underground Level 3 challenge not counting basement hooks

Platform: PC

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as any killer in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor in basement

Step 4 : Game doesn't count any hooks you do in the basement.

Been broken since Level 3's release.
