Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Playstation 5 Can't see prestige
Can't see other players prestige levels in the queue, either as a survivor or as a killer. My wife can still see prestige levels but I can't. Have looked everywhere in settings, and online... nothing. Please help.

It's a feature that they're testing. Some people can see prestige levels, some can't. Pretty sure there's nothing you can do but wait until the test is over.

As far as I'm aware, they're looking for ways to stop lobby-dodging. They think Killers seeing high prestige players might influence them to drop from the lobby and screw up the matchmaking. There's also the lesser issue of Survivors dropping lobbies if they see players with much lower prestige than them.
