Costume Lobby Error? on Switch!

I want to play in a costume lobby against bots to practice Killer but every time I want to load in a match it's taking a long time to load and then the match end’s before it even started leaving me with the message “ GAME CANCELED “ Unfortunately, something went wrong with your game. I really need some help or maybe it need’s to be fixed..
