AI Killers are the future

Honestly sounds perfect. Bring back old DH, keep MFT as is, buff flashlights to their former glory. They can also be programmed not camp or tunnel.

yes, we get it. BHVR doesn't care about killers and the role is in such a terrible state that it's basically unplayable. The devs need to give general killer buffs like making all survivors start the game on a hook in the basement. Then killer might be playable again, right?

Nope, honest suggestion. What’s the problem with it?

If you have played against AI Survivors you will know they cheat, they can see you through the walls. They know where you are they know which way you are running. A Killer AI tuned in the same way would just be the same, not only that the AIs are particularly boring to loop- They always make the same mistakes and they always loop the same way. Survivor DCs are incredibly boring.
If bHVR would implement AI Killers this game would lose its teeth, everything would be the same. Not even the ever changing maps would make up for it, cause every match would be the same, looping the loops in the same way.
And so we have to ask why we are doing this?
Cause you don't like camping or tunneling? its like a Killer asking for Survivors to not loop. Like this is like a main gameplay of this game.

I was thinking there could be “style points” like you get combos with maybe a flashlight blind into a pallet stun. Kind of like a horror version of Tony Hawk Pro Skater. Survivors could compete with each other.

Yeah, Im gonna dip out on that I dont get a hoot to play against the same stuff everytime even IF I can style points for diffrent types of play. No Thanks Please.

It would be more of a PvE focus. Getting “Fog Style” points would increase gen and exit gate speed. Killers would obviously be dynamic and it would not always be Wesker.

Not at all interested.

Exactly, and the only way survivors can get out is by hoping for 4% or someone else does
At least that way luck & slippery meat would finally have a use

It wasn't programmed to camp or tunnel

I don’t understand why you would not want to outdo your friends with Fog Style points. I feel like it is next evolution of this game.

Devolution is the word your looking for. Not evolution

While AI Killers aren't the way to go right now (just look at Survivor bots and it'll be clear why Killer bots, especially possible Nurse bots, aren't a good idea) I believe a way to play the game fully offline is the way to ensure DBD's effective immortality.
F13th, despite having been abandoned, is still playable in bot matches and this option alone will keep this incomplete buggy mess played for month or maybe years after the servers die in a while.
There will never be another "Smash Bros of horror" like DBD again and making the game not require online would be a great thing.

This game was born a live service and will end as one. Gens get boring. It’s best to focus on what most Survivors love most, styling on Killers. Being styled on as Killer doesn’t feel good, hence why AI Killers are a better option. I believe this proposition will be beneficial for the game and bring it to the next level.

When AI is good enough it can create a new killers with unique powers for every game and also make new maps every game. But will probably be 10 years until we see that since AI is hold back right now.

They can even program the whole Survivor's Rulebook in it, Asimov's Robotic Laws style. Survivors perfect killer... I love it!
They can even create an event where the AI went rogue and start going against the laws by tunneling and camping because it decided it was the logical and best strategy to follow, and you have to gain as much "Fog Style Points" as possible without it getting you out of the game in that unfair and disgusting way.
Infinite possibilities! I don't see any downside on this idea, honestly.

There could be different difficulty levels. Survivor Rule book would be an easier one and offer less Fog Style (FS) points in contrast to a “No Mercy” difficulty level where you will be given a significant amount FS points for a successful performance.
Special events could be done like one called “7 minutes” where you have 7 mins to style on Wesker.
Fog Style merch and cosmetics will be a big hit.

I thought we already had an AI killer...

Maybe players could work on getting outplayed and not malding about it? Mind gaming a bot doesn't really mean much as it either lets you win or it doesn't. You never really outplay a bot.

He would be in practice mode since he wasn’t programmed to harm the crew.

I like it! But instead of "No Mercy" I will call it "Killers must die". Sounds edgier, it's ironic, what every survivor think (if you change die with "be nerfed") and it's a little reference to other game that also reward you with points for styling.
... Oh my Fog! And what about a mode where survivors are the ones that need to kill the killer in the most stylish way possible to gain the most FSP!!!???
I hope someone at BHVR are writing down all this.
