Buffing Machine Learning

Hi there!

As much as I love Machine Learning's concept, I feel like the effort needed to get full use out of it is too much right now.

One simple way to fix Machine Learning is to remove the requirement of having kicked a generator to activate it prior. Just apply Compromised upon kicking a generator. This prevents the killer from wasting time kicking a corner generator just to have a generator completed where it would have been useful.

As for buffing the Undetectable and Haste effect duration, that's at your discretion.
