I like the Perk because he benefits a "healthy playstyle" i would suggest to buff it so it will be played more:

1.) It also activates after you hooked everybody twice

2.)All generators who are blocked also start regressing at normal speed

3.)After one survivor died, this perk deactivates for the rest of the game (like ruin)

    I agree, perks that encourage spreading the love a bit like No Way Out and Grim Embrace can be healthy even if they are a little stronger than most. Something that is really unhealthy for the game for example is Remember Me (and the obsession mechanic), you really don't want to live in a world where Remember Me gets viable without getting the obsession mechanic removed cause it demands tunneling to work.
