Killer basekit
Well if SWF will get yet another base kit perk (btw in a all honesty, I don't really like the new anti-camp mechanic since there's a way around it but that not the main topic).
Since there's now having BT and Adam's perk as base kit, why not give killer a base kit as well, like shadowborn or a perk similar to that nature?

Anti facecamp doesn't equate to basekit Deliverance. That perk works regardless of whether the killer is camping you or not, so it's still just straight up stronger on those grounds. The anti facecamp system should only do something if you're camping, which is what it's designed for and what you shouldn't be doing. Also, SWF doesn't make a difference here.
We know a FOV slider is in the works and coming at some point.

Basekit arrows + quiver for killers, please. So they can stay out of range where unhook timer would go up and still hit the survivors who try to loop him in there. This makes up for the area around the hook and the floor above or under hook feeling like lava and can't be walked on by killer in the future. At least if he doesn't want to be baited or bullied by the soon arising "AFC-SQUAD".

As someone who plays in a team i will say it's not a great feeling when we see certain killers knowing they won't be winning the game no matter their skill level or how hard they try.

If we condemn killers for camp and tunnel, why don't we give them benefits and rewards for pursuing other survivors? It's often a hotly debated question of balance.
1. Penalty to generator repair for each time a killer leaves from onhook
This would be the most realistic prescription. Similarly, if you get too close to the hook, you might want to give it a bonus to repair the generator.
2. Once a Survivor is hooked, the terror radius is removed from the Killer for 30 seconds
Even if you are a stealth killer, there is a possibility that you can expect certain effects.
3. When the Killer advances 1 hook different stages with onhooked 4 Survivors, the designated repaired generator returns to a half-repaired state.
Half-recovering one repaired generator, important to both the killer and the survivors, is a useful blessing for the killer and not too difficult an accident for the survivors.
4. AFC system does not work while chasing
When the survivor runs around the edge of the map, killer approaches the in-course, so it may be determined that there is only the Killer within range and activate AFC, but this is extremely stupid.

I'd love Shadowborn to be in game settings as a slider for Killers aside from perks.
It's basic accessibility option.
However the rest? Eh... this is to help prevent camping not a tit for tat for survivor vs killer.

all these things are being balanced by butchering best survivor maps (eyrie, cowshed, borgo, garden) or straight up buffing maps for killer (rancid) while leaving heavily killer-sided maps without any change (Saloon, Midwitch).
