I'm a Dark Devotion enjoyer but would there be any point with how the turrets react?

    Monitor is probably the best stealth perk for Xenomorph.

    Turrets are often only really placed near generators so you still have some opportunity to sneak up on people.

    Well perks that make you undetectable will still prevent aura reading and remove your TR. Turrets will still detect you, because they explicitly ignore undetectable as being in tunnels gives Xenomorph undetectable status.

    However, you might be able to ambush survivors even with turrets, because if survivors can't hear your TR they might assume you are in the tunnels when the turret starts going off and run in the direction away from the tunnel exit.
