good evening I have a very big problem when I buy ora cells I am credited but the cells are not added to my account it has been several months since this persists I am on xbox series S please help me I have already contacted support but I would like to know more with the community thank you.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue with Auric Cells not being added after purchasing.

    I understand you wish to discuss it, but this is an issue for Support to handle. You said you sent in a ticket, which is the thing to do with a situation like this. I know you wish to have it resolved quick, and the Support Team will respond to your ticket as soon as they can, and help you resolve the problem <3
