How reliable does dbd respond to reports?

Unfortunately, i am a switch user. So i dont have any recordings built in to help with video evidence in reporting. Do they still let us know if any actions have been taken if i report in game and send a ticket without video on their website?

Its very disappointing when a survivor works with a killer against me, and i cant really do much unlike pc players.

    Pretty sure no actions will or can be taken when you report something like this without video evidence. You should get feedback from support that they ask for video evidence though...
