Change Bloodweb to Tokens

The current bloodweb is not sustainable over time, and forces players to purchase items that they don’t want, and will most likely never use. Instead, keep the rarities, but pay out in tokens of that rarity instead. Then add a mini-store where you can buy the items that are currently on the bloodweb, using said tokens. There should be a conversion system in place that allows higher grade tokens to be converted to lower grade tokens, but probably not the other way around. If you do allow lower grade tokens to be used to purchase higher grade tokens, the conversion should be at a significant loss.

This would allow players to purchase items that they will actually use, as opposed to items that will sit in their inventory forever. Here is a table on how things might work:

Rarity Bloodweb Tokens Gained Store Item Cost
Perk 1 1
Event 1 1
Ultra Rare 1 1
Very Rare 2 3
Rare 3 5
Uncommon 5 7
Common 7 9

So, if you buy Rare Bloodweb Tokens from the bloodweb, you gain 3. Those tokens can then be used to buy Rare Store items that cost 5 tokens each. This is just an example of values, which would probably need to be tweaked, but it gives you an idea of how the system could work. It also addresses the issue of buying perks as the number of perks grows. There are way too many perks in the system already, and adding 12/yr (36 ranks/yr) for both survivor and killer is only going to make things worse.
