Nintendo Switch: “Buried Underground” Challenge Won’t Progress

I was working on the “Buried Underground” challenge, and I fulfilled the requirements, but it wasn’t counted.
Screenshots from the match show that I did, indeed, hook survivors in the basement.
But after the match, none of those hooks were counted. (Note the IGNs and Characters)
I played two matches, and in both matches I hooked at least 2 survivors in the basement.
