How do I get on the email list to get exclusive rewards based on trivia questions?

I've been seeing people talk about how you can receive trivia questions from Behavior to win exclusive rewards (such as bloodpoints, charms, etc.) and I have tried signing up but haven't gotten any emails. Is there anyway to fix this? I would love to participate but can figure out how.
