this absolutely doesnt block pallet vault locations, which i would assume is included in "all vault locations" so i dont know what the deal is with this

    That's because vault locations and pallets are two completely different things. Vault locations generally mean windows only as per the games terminology. Pallets are exclusively called pallets when being mentioned in game despite being something that can be "vaulted." When it says other vault locations, it's referring to other structures like walls or fences that can be vaulted like windows.

    So no, the perk is functioning as it should and would be incredibly broken if it also blocked pallets for no effort on the killers part.
