Jolt & Mangled

Was informed to place these bugs under feedback. The mangled status effect has been bugged for months, it still is making the healing (recovery) time for someone in the dying state to take longer. This bug got fixed before but then re-emerged months ago. I've never had a match since where the mangled bug did not affect slugs on the ground.

Jolt is not intended to make survivors scream, like Eruption and Pain Resonance do. But Jolt has been making people scream for months, starting around June. There is nothing in the perk description for Jolt that states it will make survivors scream.

    i've been waiting for someone other than me to bring up the fact jolt is bugged, i'm so sick of the constant screaming non stop it does my head in

    Especially since they've added ultimate weapon, I just hear screaming all the time now. I've been running calm spirit but it can be a real headache.
