Sadako Change: Sea-Soaked Cloth

Hi BHVR,
Love what you've been doing recently with Killer reworks and add-on passes, great stuff! I do have a question. Will Sea-Soaked Cloth be changed sometime soon on Sadako or is this intentionally kept? Don't get me wrong, it's fine where it is right now, I suppose, it's just Yoichi's Fishing Net was reworked to give Blindness when at 4 stacks of Condemnation now. Two Blindness add-ons seem redundant. Most Killers don't have more than one Blindness add-on per their kit.
Other than that, thanks for Skull Merchant rework (as I said before, she's fine, her QoL changes were definitely a step in the right direction). Maybe looking forward to some Knight buffs and (hopefully) the Twins rework/pass!
