Not Receiving Blood Points From Free Rift Track.

As the title states, after completing several tracks in the rift, and then going to collect the free rewards. I am not receiving the free blood points associated with the completed tiers of the free track. I have also purchased the premium track. Are the free track rewards only for players who haven't purchased the premium track?
