Moving out to another region

Hello, I have a really important question for me. I will move from Peru (South America) to Japan and due to the region restrictions Steam has regarding purchases, I want to know, if possible, how to keep my DBD progress, have all my purchased DLCs available and still be able to make future purchases in Japan. I've spent a lot of money in the game and I really hope I can keep using my account. Will all that be possible or should I start a new account in Japan? Thank you to whoever reads this.
