Deliverance | Plot Twist

My perks: Deliverance, Dead Hard, Adrenaline, Autodidact
Other player perks: Plot Twist, Windows Of Opportunity, Lithe, Adrenaline
I Unhooked player. After 4 seconds he plot twisted which resulted in Deliverance not being activated which lost our game. (Player did not get picked up by killer, he picked him self up with plot twist)
Solusion i come with is to make it count even if other player plot twisted and did not get picked up by killer in 10 seconds (or less) time span.
